Raise your individual and collective vibration by learning a powerful 105 Day Purification Meditation. We are each made up of the 5 Elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether – and they relate to certain aspects of our consciousness and our physical bodies. The clear intention will give you a clean bill of Health and correct chemical impurities, as it takes 21 days to release on the cellular level. Purification and correct breath are important, and this meditation will help you to manifest more consciously while it works through and purifies the 5 Elements within your cellular system.

Andi was initiated into this Purification Elements Meditation by Master Teacher Derek O’Neill in 2015.

This meditation works on one element daily for 21 consecutive days each and incorporates breath, sound, color, visualization, and Human Value.

The 105-Day Elements Meditation Group live sessions start on Tuesday, Feb 6th and will continue through May 21st. If you join during that time, you may participate in any of the live Zoom’s below or participate solely through the membership portal via self-disciplined practice – DIY Style.

Each Element covered includes a PDF instruction download and video recordings to access through the end of the 105 days to facilitate this purification process on your own.

We will meet live via Zoom at the start of each 21-day cycle to guide everyone through that element’s meditation. After the Zoom call, the recorded audio will be made available, along with PDF instructions on how to continue with that element for the remaining 20 days.

After the initial Zoom call for each element, the time commitment for this meditation is between 5-15 minutes a day, which will be facilitated on your own *

* (Self Discipline and commitment are required. Miss a day, must start over from the beginning, on day 1. The group will continue the 105-day 5 Elements as scheduled.)
