You are a beacon—a great source of light who can inspire others without even trying. Energy and inspiration just seem to be an aura around you and it’s one that anyone can see. You contain within you a message that people can benefit from, but you must avoid self-criticism and not alienate yourself.

Andi Girl Turns skeptics into sorceresses! She shook my Magic Eight Ball up and now, I have an answer for everything!

My first (remote) RS session this morning was absolutely amazing.

It was intense, emotional, and very eye opening! CG- Beverly Hills, CA

Words can not begin to express the powerful awakening you have gifted me with. Thank you, I did not even know I needed it. You have opened a doorway and I’m excited to step through…!

Andi is a total storehouse of knowledge about energy and the chakra system and more. I took a lot away from this session, especially a new sense of being intentional in my self-love and in directing my energy into creating a more vital and prosperous life, which was an unexpected insight that came out of the intersection of so much valuable information that Andi presented. I highly recommend any of Andi’s workshops.  EH- Ojai

I owe u the BIGGEST thanks eva! lol. Ever since I met you you have changed my life in the happiest way. You taught me to look on the bright side of things and helped me get past Jordan. You have taught me to simply ask the universe for what I want and although I never got around to it back then I always believed you. The day before the 4th I knew I was COMPLETELY over Jordan and ready to find a new man. I went by your advice and asked for one. the next day in SB on the 4th I met Ryan. My new boss and bf. He’s everything Jordan wasn’t. AMAZING in every way. Holds and kisses me every chance he gets, always telling me how amazing and beautiful I am, and LOVES Eric and I to death already. And on top of all that he is one HELL of a lover. lol. He is the most amazing guy and I’m so blessed we were brought together. Thanks for showing me the most beautiful things in life Andi. You are a amazing and beautiful person inside and out. I’m so lucky and blessed to have you as a friend. . Thanks so much goddess.

“I’ve always been curious about Kundalini and have always wondered if what i’ve been feeling was normal. It wasn’t until Andi’s workshop that my questions are answered. She’s knowledgeable, uplifting, and compassionate. I had my first Kundalini activation, it was amazing! I cried and i laughed. I didn’t think it was possible but it did! Now I am so inspired and empowered by this new found knowledge, I can’t wait to learn more. Much appreciation to Andi!”

“I did not discover the hoop until I was 74 years old.
I heard there was a hoop class at the local park and thought I would check it out.  Thanks to Andi Girl, I am “hooked on hooping!”  It’s fun, we laugh a lot, it’s good exercise, I stand up straighter and it has become a part of who I am. Thank you Andi!

“Andi Girl uses a visual and kinesthetic learning style. I love the way she uses languages like “grounding to the earth” and “open your arms wide to open your heart.”  Her teaching is part fun and part meditation as she shows you how to sink your breathing with the hoop.  Andi corrects technique with clear instruction and she also reads what direction your energy is going.  She is ego-less and passion-full and has become an inspiration for my own “Hoop Habit”.
~ Shari James; Glow Tantra

“Andi is a America great instructor!!! She cares for you from the bottom of her heart and teaches with passion and a warm heart.  When I was learning new moves from her, she pushes me forward and through her encouragement I believe I can do anything.  Along with her beautiful smile, laugh, she brings a powerful energy to the floor.  When she hoops, she inspires everyone around her to join in and dance.  Not only is she a very good instructor, but she is also a true friend.  She is a person full of love and light!”

“Andi, thank you so much for volunteering your time to do play therapy for the American Cancer Society’s Camp Reach for the Stars. During camp, we really try to provide an atmosphere of fun for the kids affected by cancer as well as for their families. The hula hooping had everyone smiling and we received nothing but good feedback from our campers. Your attention to the special needs of some of our campers was greatly appreciated. We hope that you’ll bring the fun year after year at Camp!”

“I have worked with Andi in surf events in the past, and she is a wonderful person to work with. Her bright, loving spirit is contagious, and she is always a pleasure to have around. Her non-judgmental character and great sense of humor is always comforting, and this, I believe, creates a perfect atmosphere to be you during a dance class. “I am a Certified Hoopdance Instructor, in fact that is how I met Andi. We trained together in November 07 with Christabel and I have also taken her classes.  She is excellent at the technical aspects of hooping: how to explain actions of doing a move, how to move your body and why you may be having challenges if you are not getting the move.
Andi takes instruction to a whole other level with her enthusiasm and energy.  She guides her students to feel empowered, to become more in touch with how their bodies move and celebrate in their own unique abilities while discovering their own joy in Hoopdance.
Find out for yourself, sign up today for one of her classes…you will not be disappointed!”

“I really enjoyed the class I took with you!  I thought I would do it just for fun but didn’t think I’d really learn anything new but I learned so much and I held on to it too.  I used to just have it go around my waist.  Now I am comfortable with the hoop so I can get it to my hips and lift my legs and turn around with it and even get it around my neck that I thought I would never do.  I can also get it from my hand to my waist and back and forth.  It’s so fun to brag about what I can do now that I took your class. It is fun to Hoop with the drummers on Sundays.
Thanks for everything I learned in your class!!!
Thanks for being so positive and fun too!!!”
~Nan Chaet; Ojai, CA

“My journey with the hoop began when I saw some girls at a festival.  I thought is just a very beautiful for of dance.  I had to do it!  Found Hoop Habit and Andi on the internet.  She is full of energy, happiness and life.  She recognized a troubled person and helped me find a new outlook of life through the hoop.  The first months of hooping, I proved to be a pretty difficult student.  Andi managed to teach me the hoop with a method that I could understand and really put into practice.  Andi is very good at teaching each student differently. Whatever your learning style is, she is able to adjust the style to meet your needs.  She challenges me to strive for new movement, new ways of thinking.  She recognizes my strengths and guides me to build on them so I can continue to improve and be at my best.
Andi not only is my hoop instructor, she is kind enough to treat me like friend.  She helped me in many other area of my life, offering a much better brighter path to life.  I am truly grateful to be able to work with Andi and to be in the hoop.  Looking forward to many months and years of learning with Andi!!

”In Praise of the Hula Hoop“
Maybe it’s the way I feel when the Hoop goes around and around my waist.
Maybe it’s the way bright colors go around and around make me dizzy.
Maybe it’s the way I’m tired after learning new hoop moves.
Maybe it’s the way we wiggle to the music.
Maybe it’s the way we go crazy like a pack of monkeys.
Maybe it’s the way we strut around the garage while hooping.
Maybe that’s why I love hula hooping.
