Maybe you’re a closet hooper already, shy about sharing your space – this is a great way to enhance your knowledge.

No one person moves the same way; that’s why Hooping is a dance form. Similar to surfing, this private beach house is a perfect location to host this one-day retreat! We will be on the beach most of the day, in the backyard, too. Blasting the music, meditating, then walking out to the sand/rocks and lunch – (Perfect time for an ocean swim or surf session at a world-class break!)

Hoop Yourself Well Retreat FAQ's

You know what you need best to be comfortable in the beach elements and your body!

You are free to swim in the ocean at your leisure. A hot tub will be available if you’d like to stay afterward! Bring your suit.

It is a variety of soups and hearty salad with multiple protein options and many toppings. Veg options too! Healthy Snacks, Sweets, and beverages will be served.

Yes, you’ll have a variety of sizes to choose from. 

Dress comfortably, in layers, ready to move, in all ways. It’s best to wear fitted clothes, no slippery fabrics. You’ll have room to change.

Weather in the summer can be fickle. Generally foggy and cool. Sometimes windy. Overall prepare for a sunny Southern CA day!

It’s a Spirit Camp – Fill your heart up! This intensive holistic retreat aims to deepen your healing practice or just get one started. Using the hoop as a tool- each session will be focused on the Chakra system using spiritual, mental, physical, emotional, and sexual energy. Uncover and release your body’s unique expression through the hoop. Fun activities, yoga, dance, music and meditation are all welcome. Take a nap, soak in the spring, receive a healing, write in your journal/blog awhile applying the power of kundalini energy to your daily life, and take the practice home with you. Come play with us, you’re invited on an adventure within!
