Make the most of these vital energies of the waxing of the Sun by nourishing the Body, the Mind, the senses, a perfect time to ready the soil of our lives, for if foundations are fertile, any seeds we plant will take and thrive. A great time to invest in what you want to grow, and come to fruition.

Here is a Hoop Habit Healing meditation to play with while I’m in Ireland studying with my teacher…
For FUN, try Hooping Barefoot!
Feet flat into the dirt, sand, rocks, leaves, River bottom, feeling the earth’s charge- imagine the energy moving down through the body and into the Earth – then back up to the heavens in an “X” flow.
Let the expansion happen, find the catalyst portals inside yourself and send off your burning shadows (death) — then vision your best self (re-birth).
Lightening your load wakes up hidden truths, that’s the reward of taking the risk, it’s the enlightening process!
After the hoop practice, give yourself a 10-30 minute detoxing purge, spring clean! Generally the purge is meant to clear out the old to make room for the new. This can also represent an impending life change. Most of the time, our homes are a representation of how we feel about ourselves. Getting rid of items like old photos, letters, paper statements, computer files, clothes/shoes, old make-up, and books will release heavy energy. Your home should only have things that satisfy your true desires and needs. The release brings more of your soul into the now.
It can be an optimistic time, as old realities dissolve, it’s a scene of creative chaos — the excitement comes from being on the edge of an adventure, laugh, breath and trust your instincts. A lot of change can happen in a short time and magical realism becomes the norm.
