Winds of Change are once again in the forecast, blowing the cobwebs away, clearing the air with ease and grace. Its the Harvesting of those yearly intentions and preparation for planting seeds next year, setting the seasonal cycles in motion.
Regularly get asked by Hoopers who are looking to find the best equation for seasonal manifesting using the hoop – “How do we know when its real or not when it shows up?”
The truth is, Intuition is one of our greatest gifts, yet sometimes we don’t listen to it or take action on instinct. Have trust in yourself, listen to the breathe between revolutions to get more in-tune with your spiritual core and visualize, so you will be able to recognize it. Maybe the ques will be with a body response, body awareness is the key to feeling the physical reaction. Overall, pay attention to everything, coincidences, synchronicity, everyone is a spiraling energy source!
The Hoop Habit is a great teacher on how we’re being received- its based on the reactions of others. The hoop really becomes the atmosphere of the Self, the identity becomes your signature with movement, it represents pure, life energy.
The celebration ofWorld Hoop Day brings with it generosity of spirit and the sense of a happy destiny!
This year it coupled with Hoop Camp in the Santa Cruz mountains. Grateful for Heather Troy (Hoop Camp Retreats) & Nessia Starr (TrinityStarr Hoops) for creating a safe space to hold candid conversations that releases emotional intensity all while planting the seeds of hoopy new adventures! Weaving an individual thread of Hoop Camp may evoke a sudden change or shift in perspective, epiphanies, which may prompt you to take a risk or three.
Personally found myself asking the questions:
“Is your inner beauty showing up in your self-image?”
“What’s the impression and message you send out?”
As my truth surfaced, I invited my muse to assist in upping the impact of the Teacher Training, serving in a vulnerable state. It was an awareness of status or standing in the hoop community, mother society, or social circles. Forced to overcome the gentle nature of hibernating and speak up for success, it was my Joyous Responsibility to be at all places at all the best times!
Henry Drummond said, “You will find as you look back upon your life that the moments when you have really lived are the moments when you have done things in the spirit of love.”
Expansion is one of the Hoop Habit core values, this is happening as we speak… the next new year will bring a new website and many more new instructors to share the Hoop Habit!
